崔亚丽,皇冠APP下载官网生命科学与医学部博士生导师,二级教授,国家微检测系统工程技术研究中心副主任,陕西省纳米生物医学检测工程研究中心主任,陕西省“四主体一联合”体外诊断创新校企联合研究中心主任,“陕西省纳米生物医学检测重点创新团队”带头人,皇冠APP下载官网智慧医疗与生命愿景研究院首席科学家。崔亚丽于2000年毕业于西安交通大学,获生物医学专业博士学位。目前是第11届、第12届陕西省政协委员,民盟陕西省委常委,民盟中央科技委员会委员,民盟皇冠APP下载官网主委。担任中国医疗器械行业协会现场快速检测分会副主委,中国药理学会药物基因组学分会常委,中国生物医学工程学会纳米医学与工程分会委员,全国卫生产业企业管理协会医学检验专家委员会副秘书长,陕西省生物化学与分子生物学学会常务理事,陕西省药学会常务理事等社会职务;曾获“陕西省有突出贡献专家”、“陕西省三八红旗手”、“三秦巾帼十杰”、“全国三八红旗手”、“全国妇女创先争优先进个人”、“苏州高新区科技创新创业领军人才”、“苏州姑苏创新创业领军人才”等荣誉称号。
崔亚丽教授在纳米生物技术和纳米医学领域从事工作近二十年,发明了具有我国自主知识产权的金磁微粒(GoldMag Particles),领导团队围绕磁性微粒开展重大疾病诊疗的研究和技术转化。主持完成国家“863”计划、国家自然科学基金、国家重大科技成果转化项目、“十二.五”国家重大新药创制专项、国家重大传染病防治专项、国家自然科学基金等10余项国家级课题研究。发表论文70余篇,申报专利60余项。“GoldMagÒ金磁微粒”获第十九届全国发明展览会金奖、发明家协会国际联合会颁发“最佳创新奖”。获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖1项,二等奖2项。获授权发明专利45项,(其中美国发明专利2项)。团队发明的“金磁微粒免疫层析法”和“PCR-金磁微粒层析法”得到了国家药监总局的认可,13个诊断试剂盒产品获得了欧盟CE认证,30个诊断试剂盒/仪器产品获得了国家食药监总局的医疗器械注册证书,其中,MTHFR C677T基因检测试剂盒(PCR-金磁微粒法)被国家食药监总局认定为国家“创新医疗器械”,被科技部社发司纳入《创新医疗器械产品目录》。产品在400余家医疗机构得到应用。
