个人简介

梁海华,博士、皇冠APP下载官网、教授,博士生导师。2009年博士毕业于皇冠APP下载官网微生物学专业,同年留校工作。其中2011年3月-2014年3月在芝加哥大学从事博士后研究。

主要研究方向:病原微生物功能基因组学;细胞间信号传递途径; 细菌与宿主的相互作用;
 
抗生素的大量使用和滥用导致各种耐药病原菌的出现,为了阐述“耐药”机制,寻找抗细菌感染的新靶标,我们必须深入的了解病原菌的生理特征、致病机理、抗生素抗性以及与宿主免疫系统相互作用的分子机制。为此,我们将利用多种生物组学技术(如:转录组学,蛋白组学,代谢组学)寻找与其相关的蛋白,然后运用分子生物学、结构生物学、分子遗传学等手段来研究这些蛋白的功能,结构及其调节途径。我们的最终目标是以这些蛋白为新的靶标来开发新型抗菌药物,为控制病原菌的感染提供一个可靠的手段。

(1)国家自然科学基金委优秀青年项目:病原菌的致病和耐药机制,150万元,项目主持人。
(2)国家自然科学基金面上项目:铜绿假单胞菌藻酸盐(Alginate)合成相关蛋白的调控机制及功能研究,62万元,项目主持人。
(3)陕西省自然科学基金重点项目:铜绿假单胞菌中群体感应系统调节子Vfr调控途径的研究,项目主持人。
